Who is responsible?
AXCOR is a brand of Atelier Boonen, Prinsesstraat 10, 1080 Brussels (VAT BE 0838,112,662). If you have any questions about your personal data, you can contact us at info@atelierboonen.be.
What data do we process?
When you contact us, we receive the data you provide, such as your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry. Mandatory fields are indicated in the form. This data is necessary to be able to answer your request.
What do we use your data for?
We use your data to answer your question, prepare a requested proposal and follow up your request. The legal basis for this is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and, for the follow-up of your request, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from organisations. Your data is not used for marketing and is not resold.
How long do we keep your data?
We retain enquiries that do not lead to an order for a maximum of two years after the last contact. In the case of an order, the statutory retention periods for contractual and accounting documents apply.
Which service providers are involved?
The contact form is sent via the form service Web3Forms, which processes the data entered in order to deliver it to us by email; this service may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. We then store your message in our own email system. Manufacturers receive only the technical data needed to draw up a configuration, without your contact details unless you consent to this.
Cookies and external services
This website does not place cookies and does not use statistics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no connection is made to Google or other third parties, except when submitting the contact form (see above) and when you yourself open an external link.
Your rights
You can ask to view or correct your personal data. Under the applicable conditions, you can also ask for data to be erased, for processing to be restricted or for data to be transferred, and object to certain processing. Address your request to info@atelierboonen.be. You can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
