Mul-T-Lock MTL 400
A flexible locking system for organisations that want to manage their doors, access gates and padlocks clearly. With a master key system, each user receives a key that fits the entrances for which they are authorised.
Different access points, the same system
MTL 400 can be used in various cylinder formats and suitable padlocks. This allows several entrances to be operated with the same key, or each department can be given its own group key. A master key gives access to the parts included for it in the master key system.
The system grows with you when buildings, departments or access points are added.
How the cylinder is secured
MTL 400 combines telescopic pins, a pin within a pin, with a special patented cut in the key. Both must match before the cylinder can turn. High-quality components, including stainless steel springs, support reliable operation.
The cross-section shows the telescopic pins: an inner and an outer pin that must each be at the correct height. The key carries the patented cut that goes with them. On the right, a euro profile cylinder such as we use in master key systems.
Break Secure on our euro profile cylinders
The MTL 400 euro profile cylinders offered by AXCOR are fitted with Break Secure. A controlled break zone on the outside is designed to break off before the central locking mechanism in the event of a break-in attempt, so that the door remains locked.
The correct cylinder length and suitable security fittings remain important.
Key duplication following a controlled procedure
We supply MTL 400 on our exclusive key profile. Additional keys are duplicated after verification of the key card and the requester's authorisation. Cylinders are assembled in our workshop according to the agreed master key system.
